The water of the Solares Spa has an ancient story dating back to the 12th and 13th centuries. In 1827 the first bathhouse was built above a natural spring and today it’s a complete wellbeing experience. The waters are believed to help digestive, metabolic, antacid, anti-inflammatory, diuretic and nervous system treatments. There’s a gym, yoga and Pilates classes, and a thermal circuit inspired on the ancient baths of the roman villages.
The guided thermal tour takes place across two levels and takes you through a two-hour journey of different temperatures and humidity. At the end there’s a relaxation area with teas, fruit and pastries available. There’s also a wide collection of spa treatments and therapies on offer for face and body.
