Spa & Leisure
The exquisite heritage of this hotel is juxtaposed by contemporary fitness and spa facilities. The health club spans the entire top floor of the hotel and has a state of the art gym, a whirlpool, sauna and steam room as well as a 12-metre pool.
The Spa sits alongside the fitness centre and has seven treatment rooms, including a couples’ suite, a unisex sauna, separate steam rooms for men and women. Treatments aim to harness the power of nature in a collection of massages, face and body therapies using mineral-rich Hungarian moor mud and the exotic ingredients as well as the latest advances in mineral cosmetology.
Hotel & Accommodation
At the end of the renowned Chain Bridge in the awe-inspiring city of Budapest, the Four Seasons Gresham Palace is a historic building and a unique Art Nouveau landmark that takes in views of the Danube river and the hills of Buda. Luxurious to a fault, the hotel offers guests a number of room types to stay in, ranging from Danube River-View Rooms with step-out balconies, Gresham Rooms featuring one king or two twin beds and Superior Rooms with views of the courtyard. They also have a number of suites - we particularly like the Buda Castle Presidential Suite with its elegant fireplace.
The hotel’s restaurant is the KOLLÁZS Brasserie & Bar - a contemporary European brasserie with views of the river and offering everything from breakfast and light bites through to a fine dining evening meal. It is all at once elegant and laid back, and is flanked by The Bar and Lobby Lounge which spills into the Hotel’s historic Páva Udvar (Peacock Passage). It is ideal for coffees and afternoon tea, and in the evenings they service international wines while a pianist plays under a magnificent glass cupola.
