Spa & Leisure

The hotel has grown up around its spa; the Castrocaro thermal complex, used since 1830 thanks to the properties of the brackish water discovered by professor Antonio Targioni Tozzetti. Renowned for their healing properties, there is now a thermal pool with a whirlpool, a sauna, Turkish bath, spa grotto, Kneipp pool and relaxation rooms where herbal teas are served to aid relaxation.

The wellbeing clinic extends the experience with face and body treatments available in abundance, offering both health support and beauty. Whether it’s to help with respiratory care or rheumatic pains, digestive support, or simply a few finishing touches to really make you feel like you shine.

Hotel & Accommodation

A welcome retreat for all guests, Grand Hotel & SPA - Terme di Castrocaro is a welcoming environment, bringing together history, elegance and wellbeing in one location. The Art Deco hotel is brimming with unique design details, while the site itself has Roman roots. All of which make the modern twist on NeoClassical design in the rooms a poetic touch. Classic rooms come complete with free Wi-Fi, minibar (payable locally), air conditioning, safe deposit box, pool kit with bathrobe, towel, flip-flops and bag.

Italians are well known masters of gastronomy, and as such there are multiple restaurants on site. Via Roma 2 offers a seasonal menu of homemade pastas and Mediterranean classics, while Piacentini Salon provides a beautiful setting for fine dining. Cellar Quattroselle is a romantic twist on a traditional inn, while Bar Chini is a beautiful terrace for tea, coffee or bubbles.
