Spa & Leisure

Built on top of a deep underground lake that rises to the surface with thermal waters that remain at their natural temperature, Grotta Giusti is every inch a coveted spa destination. Lounge in the thermal cave bath divided into three distinctly (and humorously) named areas called Heaven, Purgatory and Hell. It’s a unique experience, characterised by warm steam, sparkling water and a mesmerising lattice of stalactites.

Treatments focus on health, wellbeing and beauty all alongside one another, bringing together rituals influenced by the history of the area as well as practices from Oriental and Mediterranean traditions whether it’s in the thermal muds or the Ozonised thermal bath.

Hotel & Accommodation

Spectacularly elegant and immaculately decorated with frescoes, surrounded by a lush green park, Grotta Giusti is the ideal place to get back in touch with nature and feel a luxurious sense of wellbeing. Rooms and suites belie the hotel’s inextricable sense of Italian style and history, whilst also offering everything the contemporary traveller could possibly want. Superior rooms come complete with a spacious living area, hillside views, a spacious bathroom, satellite tv, internet access, in room safe and minibar (payable locally).

Meanwhile, food centres on the Giusti family’s tea room where they used to entertain 19th century nobility. These days it’s where you can sit back and enjoy succulent light meals, accentuated by beautiful live piano melodies in the background. Bar II Poeta on the other hand is for cocktails, wine and chocolate tasting, Bioaquam Café is a poolside cafe, La Pergola is for outdoor meals, and La Veranda Restaurant is for gourmet Tuscan cuisine.
