Spa & Leisure
Taking a holistic approach to wellbeing, the naturally calm surroundings, the clean fresh air and of course the outdoor sunset yoga sessions, combine to form the perfect way to reach a complete sense of health at Helios Retreats. Scenic surroundings are accompanied by a private pool, a gym and fitness facilities as well as white sandy beaches, while guests are invited to take part in fitness and yoga workouts in small groups of 10 to 12 people at a time.
The trainers and yoga gurus are all highly sought after leading London based practitioners, who will guide and support you throughout your programme of classes, pushing and encouraging you to achieve your individual goals in a manner that motivates and supports. You will be taken on challenging hikes that offer breathtaking views of the turquoise Aegean Sea and during your stay, there are plenty of opportunities to swim in both the outdoor infinity pool and the sea, and treatments are also available at the villa.
Hotel & Accommodation
Set North West, in the high mountains near the only lighthouse of the island, Helios Retreats offers guests accommodation in a luxurious villa that looks out over the Aegean Sea and into the sunset. With eight bedrooms it’s perfect for groups of friends or for solo travellers looking to meet new people.
The menu was designed by Mr Filip Koidis, PhD - a nutritionist based in London, and who specialises in fat loss. His work is brought together by the hotel’s Michelin star chef who creates beautiful dishes that have been designed to give you the healthiest taste of Mykonos, whilst also providing the fuel you’ll need to work out. In the evening, Mykonos offers a chance to relax tired muscles and although the villa is free from alcohol, evening trips provide an opportunity for a glass or two, should you wish.
