Spa & Leisure

The focus at Venere Thalasso and Spa Centre in the Torreruja Hotel is seawater, and the cleansing qualities of it. There are multifunctional Thalasso pools, several cabins for treatments, sauna, Turkish bath, cardio fitness room, a relaxation room with a solarium. There is a special Siestè tub with a freshwater Jacuzzi available in one of the treatment cabins, which provides a sensorial hydrotherapy treatment using hot sea water to rebalance the body.

Other treatments available at the spa range from the usual suspects of massages, facials, and finishing touches to the slightly more niche treatments involving the seawater found all around you. These include thalassotherapy, hydromassages, and body wraps. There are even more treatments on offer for the more experienced spa-goer – such as pressotherapy, treatments for men, and Shiatsu.

Hotel & Accommodation

If a Sardinian getaway sounds like absolute heaven to you, then Torreruja will surely not disappoint, bringing the quintessential charm and character of the Italian region to everything it does. There are 124 Mediterranean style rooms, all of which are complete with a veranda and air conditioning.

The gastronomical side of things is left in the capable hands of both the Tramonto Rosso restaurant, and the Sotto le Stelle (available on reservation at an extra cost). Tramonto Rosso serves Mediterranean food, with a genuine Sardinian feel to it. Meanwhile Sotto le Stelle opens onto the terrace, and has a positively romantic feeling to it because of the panoramic views of the Gulf of Asinara.
