The location of the hotel allows for a little extra space than your average Venice break, and as a result there are an array of facilities that allow you to unwind and take in the environment while on your holiday. There’s a fitness centre, an outdoor family pool, a children’s pool and an adult only rooftop pool.

In the GOCO Spa there is also a vitality pool and a steam room, and they also offer a range of beauty services, including massage therapy, facials, body wraps, manicures and pedicures.

A five star hotel on Isola delle Rose, a private island located in Venice, JW Marriott Venice Resort and Spa is close to all the famous city’s favourite attractions, and is a haven for romance and honeymoons, particularly if you opt to arrive by private gondola. Look out across spectacular grounds and views of the lagoon and meticulously maintained gardens and olive groves from spacious accommodation that has undergone a recent redesign by celebrated architect Matteo Thun, starting with contemporary De Luxe Rooms.

Guests can dine in one of three restaurants including the Cucina Daily Restaurant serving an international menu in a sun-soaked dining area overlooking the gardens and olive grove, while the Sagra Rooftop Restaurant offers al fresco dining and authentic Italian fare. Meanwhile, the Dopolavoro Dining Room is a Michelin Star fine dining experience showcasing Venetian cooking at the hands of chef Giancarlo Perbellini.
