Spa & Leisure

The spa at Risley Hall takes a boutique style, providing a small but personalised spa for visitors. Found in between two bustling cities, Derby and Nottingham, the spa acts as a haven away from the hustle and bustle, located on 10 acres of private landscape. The gentle gardens that surround the spa add to the already present tranquillity. The spa itself is home to eight treatment rooms, one relaxation room, a swimming pool, a sauna, a steam room, a Jacuzzi, and experience showers. Additionally there is a small gym on site.

Treatments at the spa are exclusively performed using the high-end product house, Elemis. Some of these treatments include facials, massages, detox therapies, salt glows, wraps, treatments designed specifically for men, and manicures and pedicures.

Hotel & Accommodation

Upon arrival you are transported back to 16th Century England in all its grand splendour. The building Risley Hall is found in is a restored Baronial Hall from the 1500s, and taking a moment to soak up the history will make your experience there much richer. Separated in to two, with the Manor House and Willoughby Court adjacent to each other, each section is home to bedrooms and suites. The Manor House has 16 bedrooms and a further 19 suites are found in the Willoughby Court wing.

For dining par excellence, Abbey’s Restaurant is a must try. Not only are the freshest ingredients used in their impressive menu, but the restaurant has been awarded an AA Rosette. Seasonal dishes are on offer, alongside an extensive selection of wines to complement your meal. The restaurant is found on the ground floor of the Manor House, alongside the cocktail bar, Orangery Lounge, and Drawing Room.
