Treatments are performed in 14 newly refurbished treatment rooms, all with a tablet and music play list for you to select from.

Hotel & Accommodation

Once the country home of Lord Mountbatten, Sopwell House has the welcoming ambience of a private abode combined with the grandeur of a Georgian manor house. The elegant venue in the Roman transit town of St Albans benefits from the peace and quiet of its own landscaped gardens as well as the convenient but rural backdrop of Home Counties Hertfordshire, while interiors are an exercise in understated opulence and refined taste. The 129 stylish and contemporary bedrooms, suites and apartments are all furnished in a contemporary style and include such luxuries as large flat screen TV’s with Sky HD and complimentary WiFi.

As you might expect from a noble home, there are a couple of options when it comes to dining – The Restaurant is a contemporary fine dining experience, while the Brasserie is a more relaxed setting offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For lighter options The Conservatory is open throughout the day, and afternoon tea is served in the sumptuous Cocktail Lounge Library that’s also well suited to a post dinner drink or an aperitif such as the signature Mountbatten Cocktail.
