There are two 18-hole golf courses, The Montgomery and The Bruce, offering views of Loch Leven and the West Lomond Hills.

Just 30 minutes from Edinburgh Airport, the hotel is also only 20 minutes from Perth Train Station and has easy access to the M90.

In addition to the outdoor activities that the extensive grounds and surrounding National Nature Reserve offer, The Gravity Leisure Club at the resort’s Windlestrae Hotel (just across the village green, opposite The Green Hotel), houses the resort’s fitness and leisure facilities which includes a 20-metre pool, a well-equipped gym and weights room, a Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
Alongside the leisure facilities is The Beauty Room, adding another dimension to the experience by offering treatments using top quality beauty products for nails, body and face.
Hotel & Accommodation
Set within the picturesque town of Kinross and dating back to the 18th century, The Green is a picturesque hotel, surrounded by 5000 acres of Perthshire countryside including two parkland golf courses, a wealth of attractions and historic sites. In addition to The Green, the resort is home to The Windlestrae hotel, just across the village green and more contemporary in style. The two hotels have 93 bedrooms between them and activities including a curling rink and a private music venue.
Guests have a choice of three restaurants and two bars at the resort. At The Green itself is Basil’s Grill Restaurant, a courtyard cocktail bar, and a Scottish pub – Jock’s. Meanwhile within the wider grounds of the resort is an Italian pizzeria called Monty’s.
