Spa & Leisure
The venue is described as a place where the body and mind can find a perfect balance, and the spa is the main facilitator in this. The Spa by Blue & Green is inspired by the theme ‘Five Continents, Five Senses’, and strives to provide a unique experience to every customer. At the blue spa you can try the wonders of the jet pool and other baths, with all the benefits of hydrotherapy, meanwhile the green spa takes a more hands-on approach with massages and aromas from around the world. There are 17 treatment rooms, a sauna, a hammam, an indoor treatment pool (minimum age for this is 16), a fitness centre, a beauty centre, three outdoor pools, a kids club, and multi-sport facilities.
The treatments available at the spa stay true to the ‘Five Continents, Five Senses’ mantra, and the list is exhaustive. Their signature treatments grab inspiration from the five continents, using traditional ingredients and aromas from each continent, from lavender, cacao, and jasmine, to coconut, and vanilla. The types of treatments on offer vary greatly, for example massages, pressotherapy, reiki, shiatsu, reflexology, wraps, mum-to-be facial, men’s special treatment, and exfoliation, plus many more.
Hotel & Accommodation
Located just steps away from Falésia beach in Vilamoura, somewhere in the 30,000 square metres of gardens surrounding the resort you’ll find the perfect spot to sit and meditate, or kick back and relax. The hotel has 192 rooms, including nine suites, and 95 luxury apartments. All the rooms come with private balconies, views over the garden, Falésia beach, or the private lake.
Boasting that the flavours of the world are all available in one spot, and their claim is easily backed up by the range of restaurants; Fusion brings a zen atmosphere and perfect balance of Mediterranean and Oriental flavours; for something a bit different, why not try the floating restaurant, Marenostrum, for some fresh fish and seafood; alternatively there is Guastatio, which features exotic seasonal buffet dinners. For those who are in need of a drink , there are two options – the Blue Lagoon Pool Bar which is surrounded by water and offers salads, fruit, and snacks. If not, there is the African themed ZanziBar, and if you ask for El Puro menu you can taste the best in the world of cigars.
