Spa & Leisure

In addition to your own private pool at your villa, the Al Wadi Desert, Ras al Khaimah is home to a complete fitness centre with a wide selection of cardio, weight and resistance training machines. In this peaceful and decadent part of the world, yoga and meditation are a whole new experience - available including sunrise and sunset sessions for an additional fee.

The spa itself is an oasis of tranquility harnessing the power of plants and aromatherapy with aloe vera, apple and cucumber featuring in their therapies. Locally sourced herbs and spices are also put to expert use in the hands of therapists who provide rituals, facials, massages and body therapies in lavish pavilions in the heart of the desert for complete physical, mental and spiritual renewal.

Hotel & Accommodation

A modern interpretation of traditional Bedouin architecture, Al Wadi Desert, Ras al Khaimah is a series of luxury villas with decorative touches such as lattice woodwork throughout, where every villa has its own pool overlooking the desert. There are a variety of villas available, in particular the Al Rimal Pool Villa, a cooling mud brick structure with its own terrace, pool and living area, sleeping up to three adults or two adults and two children.

Dining at the hotel is in opulent splendour. Enjoy traditional cuisine in one of a number of restaurants such as Khaheela which honours traditional Middle Eastern architecture, Safran overlooking a waterhole that’s popular with surrounding wildlife and serves fine dining Indian food, or The Tower which offers private dining in the style of a traditional Arabian watchtower. There are also two bars available, or you can go all out with an Arabian spread under a star-lit desert sky with a personal chef and butler.
