Guests benefit from full use of the hotel’s leisure facilities, on the 3rd floor, which include a gym, 36 meter pool, hair salon, 11 treatment rooms, steam and aroma rooms, an ice cave, and multiple relaxation areas.

As the name suggests, the seven day retreat is filled with activities and advice that mean you leave feeling rejuvenated and more positive about your health, including treatments, daily yoga, personal training, and fitness classes, pool aerobics, nutritional advice, wellness mentoring and daily talks.

Hotel & Accommodation

Dubai is a city known for luxury, and The Address hotel is amongst the key features that contribute to that assessment. Interiors are ultra chic and modern – neutral tones, high ceilings, natural light and Venetian blinds, and there are 244 rooms, with Deluxe Rooms being an opulent 55 square meters in size.

All meals are included in the cost of the retreat alongside regular nutrition workshops and food demonstrations. The menu typically includes soups, protein-rich salads, sushi, juices and smoothies, peppered with well deserved treats, and adapted where necessary to suit the individual. The emphasis is very much on healthy eating, so going hungry is not an option!
