Hotel & Accommodation
Located on the rugged west coast of Scotland, sits the legendary Turnberry hotel and its famous links courses, which have been welcoming guests since 1906. Here, each hotel bedroom has been refurbished in 2017 with rich mahogany furniture, sparkling chandeliers and lavish Italian marble bathrooms. Meanwhile, lovingly restored public areas, bars and restaurants showcase magnificent views of the resort’s championship links golf course towards the Isle of Arran and beyond.
The main restaurant at the hotel is the fine dining 1906 restaurant, in reference to the venue’s history, however for a more relaxed atmosphere, the Duel in the Sun sports bar is also available, and the Grand Tea Lounge retains a timeless atmosphere. Alternatively, the Ailsa Bar and Lounge serves an innovative sharing menu with panoramic views of the golf course, and Tappie Toorie is the Clubhouse restaurant.
