Spa & Leisure
The Spa at Turnberry is the cherry on top of the luxury experience. Cast admiring views of the Irish Sea that is visible from The Spa, or work up a sweat in the Technogym Fitness Studio if a cardio burn is what you crave. Encompassing a range of leisure facilities, it includes a fitness studio and gym, hot tub, and a 20-metre pool.
Using ESPA product lines, the spa also offers a comprehensive list of treatments and therapies from manicures, pedicures and finishing touches, to massages and facials. The Spa is proud of their innovative ishga range of organic Scottish seaweed skincare products, all of which aim to repair, moisturize, and revitalize the skin. Additionally they have a range of health and lifestyle programmes if that appeals.
Please note: The Spa at Turnberry is being refurbished from 31st October 2016 until 13th February 2017 inclusive. The current Spa, including swimming pool, fitness suite and treatment rooms, will therefore be closed during these dates. We are however delighted to advise that a selection of relaxing, indigenous Spa treatments and access to an exercise gym will still be available.
Hotel & Accommodation
Proudly overlooking the Isle of Arran and the Mull of Kintyre, Turnberry Resort is an 800 acre estate, that has been welcoming guests since 1906. Following extensive refurbishment, guests can choose from a range of rooms and suites as well as lodges, invariably with a view of the surrounding golf course.
The main restaurant at the hotel is the fine dining 1906 restaurant, in reference to the venue’s history, however for a more relaxed atmosphere, the Duel in the Sun sports bar is also available, and the Grand Tea Lounge retains a timeless atmosphere. Alternatively, the Ailsa Bar and Lounge serves an innovative sharing menu with panoramic views of the golf course, and Tappie Toorie is the Clubhouse restaurant.
