The Seven Colours Spa takes its name and inspiration from the Chinese Chakra philosophy. Facilities include two massage parlours, a sauna, a hairdresser and a manicure and pedicure parlour. In addition there is a range of leisure activities available including a pool, a gym and taking full advantage of the surrounding environment the venue offers windsurfing, snorkelling, kayaking, an aqua gym, sailing, tennis, catamaran cruises and pedal boats. Seven Colours Spa continues the holistic ethos when it comes to treatments, using a potent blend of botanical products, volcanic semi-precious stones and a heavy emphasis on aromatherapy as a source of healing in a range bespoke to the brand.
About the accommodation
On the East coast of Mauritius, Veranda Palmar is a three star hotel with direct access to the beach that stretches around the island. The hotel has 76 bedrooms, all with a balcony or terrace, sea views and decorated with a neutral colour palette. There are two restaurants at the hotel catering to different moods and palettes: L’Hibiscus overlooking the pool is open for lunch and dinner offering a la carte and buffet menus featuring local cuisine; while L’Horizon is a beach restaurant offering grills, seafood and Mauritian delicacies.
