Spa & Leisure

Salt Creek Spa at Ystad Saltsjöbad pride themselves on being innovative and contemporary with how they treat their spa. By adding new things to their spa and spa packages every six months they strive to be the best and most modern spa hotels in the Skåne and Österlen region. Fitted with two saunas, steam saunas, a hamam, Jacuzzi, and two outdoor hot pools, Salt Creek Spa is keen to help your spa experience. If you want something a little more decadent, then their Creek Experience, for SEK 595, has added facilities, such as a herbal sauna, rasul, ice peeling, foot bath, and oil massage – as well as access to the other amenities.

Hotel & Accommodation

Created in 1897, Ystad Saltsjöbad has been around for over 100 years, and is considered one of the classic spa resorts of Sweden. Since 2007 the hotel has been gradually redesigned and massively refurbished to recreate a New Port theme within the building. With a range of different rooms, from a standard room to a suite, with everything in between, the hotel caters to every taste. With family rooms available, as well as the option of hiring exclusive access to the Jacuzzi in the grand suite, you will be spoilt for choice. Equipped with two restaurants, one café, and one banqueting hall, Ystad Saltsjöbad is prepared for any occasion. Port restaurant boasts a Swedish-American fusion and can seat 200; think East Coast America meets Ősterlen. For a different European twang on American classics, why not try Vitas. The bistro style of the restaurant provides an excuse to dress down and take in a glass of wine with some simple charcuterie. Alternatively for a light bite, the Spa Café is open and managed by award winning chef Daniel Müllern. Should you choose a banqueting suite, be ready to bring the house down. The unbelievable views of the sea and shoreline will serve as a backdrop to your event or function
