Having advised us of any medical concerns at the time of booking, this day spa package is designed with recovery in mind and allows you to choose from our range of recharging treatments, all of which can be adapted for your specific needs: simply reserve some time with a therapist during your stay and we will help you choose a sequence of treatments that best suits you from our deep cleansing chakra facial to Reiki and nourishing hand and foot treatments. Your ritual will include full use of the spa facilities and lunch in The Spa's Themis Restaurant.

After an advance telephone consultation with our specialist therapist customers will have a detailed consultation on arrival incorporating advice on all aspects of the spa to ensure your every comfort. This overnight package then comprises a bespoke sixty minute treatment with options including a massage, facial, chakra balancing, reflexology, Indian head massage, or other depending on what is best for the individual. There is also a healthy two course lunch and a two course dinner, and bed and breakfast in a new hall room, based on two people sharing.

A reassuringly pure and relaxing spa day for men and women, the package includes a choice of decadent treatments, a healthy lunch, and full use of the relaxation areas including heated water beds and deep sleep zone.
Treatment options include: a Natural Aroma Body Treat - this is a full body aroma without the essential oils, using organic Shea butter which enriches the skin and leaves it silky smooth; Hopi Ear Candling – a natural balancing treatment to relieve stress induced headaches, or sinus and eye strain; or a Pure Milk Bath – a hydrotherapy treatment which acts as a brilliant all-rounder for recuperation involving a bath infused with gold flakes, which float in the air around you when added to the water.

After a phone consultation with a senior therapist before you arrive, this overnight package allows you to enjoy your spa break in peace with full use of facilities from 3pm on the day of arrival until 3pm on the day of departure, a choice between a fifty-five minute Luxury Manicure or Luxury Pedicure (unisex) as well as a tailor made fifty-five minute treatment specifically to suit individual needs (to be developed and decided upon with therapist during the consultation call); one night’s bed and breakfast, and dinner to the value of £35.00 per person.

Designed to be enjoyed with a friend or loved one, this two or three night package provides a Superior Twin or Double room to share and all your meals, including breakfast served in your room, a three course buffet lunch, and a three course dinner. Following an in depth conversation with our Treatments Advice team at the time of booking, offering advice on use of facilities, treatments and activities guests have full use of the spa including classes and the gym, and are encouraged to take advantage of the beautiful gardens and relaxation lounges. A two night stay also includes a Soft Touch Body Stretch and a Fresh Feet treatment (each twenty-five minutes), while a three night break comprises a Soft Touch Body Stretch as well as a Custom Pedicure including nail paint (each forty minutes). The second guest is free to choose another package for themselves, paying the twin occupancy price.

After a comprehensive health consultation and screening before you arrive, this two night package includes a daily health check with a consultant, all meals from dinner on the day of arrival to lunch on the day of departure and canapés and fruit cocktails at 6pm each night in the Bubbles Bar. There are also daily group walks and exercise classes including yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates; 110 minutes worth of treatments and therapies from the Treatments, Therapies and Fitness Menu (subject to availability), where health consultants will guide you as to what suits your needs best; and full use of facilities including the swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, relaxation room, sauna and steam rooms, indoor and outdoor tennis courts and fully equipped gym.

After an advance telephone consultation with a therapist and a detailed consultation on arrival, this one night package includes a mini-manicure and a mini-pedicure, full use of spa facilities, a three course meal from the restaurant’s Table D’hôte menu, and a full English breakfast. Please note there will be a single occupancy supplement of £50 if only one person.

An additional treatment is also included – guests can choose to have one 55 minute treatment and one 25 minute treatment or three 25 minute treatments, options include: a Skin Specific Facial (25 minutes or 55 minutes), an Aromatherapy Massage (25 minutes or 55 minutes), a Luxury Manicure (55 minutes), a Deluxe Pedicure (55 minutes), Nails to Go Hands (25 minutes), Nails to Go Toes (25 minutes), Reflexology (55 minutes), and an Indian Head Massage (25 minutes).
