Ingredients

• 10 Sweet Chilli Thins
• One onion
• One clove crushed garlic clove
• 250g Minced meat
• One jar (150g) ready-made salsa
• Two oz grated cheddar
• Two tsp salt

Method

-       Break up 10 sweet chilli thins.

-       Finely chop the onion and lightly fry it together with the meat.

-       Add salt, crushed garlic and black pepper.

-       Cover the thins with meat and onion mixture.

-       Finally top with salsa.

-       Bake at 225 degrees for approx five minutes.
