This is the best supercharged super-green smoothie to start your day.  Try and have it every day when you are working or adopt the 80/20 rule and do your best for 80% of the time and allow yourself to relax and eat or drink whatever you fancy for 20%. Most people use the weekend for this, it’s all about being human!  It’s a long list of ingredients but so worth it. After two weeks your skin will appear fresher and less lined and your energy levels will be much higher.

Smoothie ingredients

  • A Quarter of a pineapple
  • One celery stick
  • Two golden delicious apples
  • Half a lime, peeled
  • Slice of lemon with peel
  • Thumbnail of fresh ginger
  • Quarter of an avocado
  • Two cubes of frozen spinach
  • 30ml of CherryActive, BlueberryActive or BeetrootActive concentrates
  • 1-2 tsp Kiki Natures Living Super Greens
  • One tablespoon Kiki raw hemp protein powder
  • Water if blending

How to make the ultimate green smoothie

There are two ways of making this healthy hero drink:

  • Either juice the first six ingredients and then add with remaining ingredients to a high powered blender.
  • Or simply add all ingredients into a high powered blender such as a Vitamix and blend until smooth. Add water to thin as needed.
