Surrounded by 70 acres of parkland, Rutland Hall is a magnificent hotel that’s made a name for itself thanks to its hospitality and breathtaking lakeside location with views of Rutland Water. This year however, they have taken the experience a step further, with the highly anticipated opening of their pioneering wellbeing experience - Four Roots.
The wellness journey at Rutland Hall begins with inspiration from the location and the immense beauty of nature that surrounds the hotel. This is a destination where you can watch nature go about its day, and take time to enjoy the wider facilities, whether it’s walking, cycling, or running in the grounds, playing crazy golf or taking part in water sports on Rutland Water. There's also a 22-metre leisure pool for length swimming and family splash times, a gym and activities including badminton.
Four Roots meanwhile, is a little world of its own - a purpose-designed experience created in partnership with award-winning spa brand Tribe517, and only available at Rutland Hall. Based on their four dimensions of wellbeing, it addresses spiritual, emotional, physical and social wellness. Against these four pillars, guests are invited on a journey where facilities admit four people at a time to ensure a sense of peace and tranquillity.
Take up to four hours as you’re greeted with a drink or a smoothie before being guided through a choice of bathing ceremonies, time to relax, and a 60-minute Tribe517 therapy, followed by a deep relaxation and meditation. Time in a light relaxation space called the Clarity Room, complete with a salt wall, helps to reawaken the senses, before completing your visit with a healthy lunch or afternoon tea. It's an idyllic way to embrace and enjoy a wellbeing escape like no other.
