Lincombe Hall Hotel and Spa wins double Gold at the Visit Devon Tourism Awards 2020

Huge congratulations to Lincombe Hall Hotel and Spa, which has won double Gold at the Visit Devon Tourism Awards 2020 for Large Hotel of the Year and for Spa and Wellbeing Experience of the Year.

Lincombe Hall is a pristine manor house surrounded by elegantly manicured gardens, in Torquay, south Devon. The adult only spa hotel that’s all about indulgence. Just a short walk from Torquay marina and the pretty South Hams beaches that the area has a reputation for, the hotel offers guests luxury accommodation and dining, as well as a modern spa experience with a range of facilities. These include an indoor 15-metre lap pool, a 13-metre hydro pool complete with bubbling volcanoes, a Scandinavian sauna, aromatherapy steam room using essences of coconut, orange blossom, eucalyptus and vanilla, a Himalayan salt room, a beautifully lit ice room, Nordic inspired bucket showers and a gym.

The property has undergone extensive designer-led refurbishments over the last 12 months, with the hotel preparing to show off its latest improvements, including newly refurbished Lounge areas, updated and newly carpeted corridors and a completely refurbished Private Dining area, when it re-opens its doors on 20th May.

Lincombe Hall Hotel & Spa was also a national finalist in the Good Spa Guide ‘New Spa of the Year’ awards in October 2020 and was awarded a 5 Bubble Spa rating, one of only 17 Spas in the South West to have achieved that accolade. It is now automatically entered into the South West Tourism Awards, which are to be announced in April.
