A relaxing treatment where you are isolated in warm water in an enclosed tank for a set period of time to relax, unwind, and basically float all your problems away. Good for putting the mind to rest and helping with anxiety, pain, swelling, insomnia and jetlag. Generally each spa will put their own twist on this treatment.
