The countryside surroundings of Macdonald Frimley Hall really set the scene for a calming getaway - it's little wonder that it started out as an artist's inspiration. Rolling lawns are peppered with vibrant flowers in the spring and sunshine and mature trees border the grounds - it's the perfect place to sit and watch the world go by.
The property dates back to 1882 and across the years has been the private home of multiple individuals who have no doubt enjoyed happy memories within its walls. It was owned by artist David Shepherd, known for his African elephant and other wildlife paintings, in the 1920s, and today retains a sense of heritage both in its ambience and its architectural features.
