The University Arms hotel in Cambridge is owned by real estate investor Melford Capital, who bought the property from the De Vere Group in 2012. It reopened after an extensive £80 million renovation project in 2018, in collaboration with architect John Simpson and interior designer Martin Brudnizki and joined Marriott’s Autograph Collection of boutique hotels.
