A family hotel, The Ickworth welcomes guests of all ages to enjoy the grounds and to use the beautiful indoor pool (located a short walk from the main hotel).
The treatment rooms, which are in the basement of this grand building, are an entire sanctuary offering a range of ishga massages, facials, holistic therapies, and hands and feet treatments. Alongside this there is also a range of children’s treatments available.
The hotel is a fusion of classic and contemporary styles, and in an upstairs/downstairs whimsical homage to its aristocratic history, offers guests the opportunity to stay in the Butler’s Lodge or the Marquis's bed chamber amongst its other thirty-eight bedroom, all of which look out onto eighteen hundred acres of National Trust garden. As you might expect, the food takes advantage of the proliferation of local ingredients both in the sumptuous adult-only Frederick’s Restaurant and in The Conservatory where there are buffets tailored to adults and children.
