The restaurant is at the heart of the hotel - a British brasserie and bar where the energy buzzes and the food delights. Once again, those views of the water are an ever-present feature, while casual luxury and all-day dining with a warm vibe are the order of the day. Inspired by Europe’s grand cafés, they serve familiar dishes rooted firmly in British cooking, such as the seasonally changing Orwell Pie, the Salthouse Fishcake, local sausages with silky mash and ‘too much gravy’, and soft serve ice cream.
