Spa & Leisure

The grounds provide an idyllic backdrop for relaxation and wellbeing, but of course this is also about luxury. Outside there’s the opportunity to walk, jog and cycle with bikes available to hire, while inside, the health spa is for those aged 16 and over. Facilities include an infinity pool, water mint thermal suite, an aroma steam bath, snail showers, a Kneipp walk a Finnish sauna, ice fountain and a reflexology foot basin.

Treatments vary from pure pampering to health and wellbeing support in the form of health indicator checks and fitness evaluations if you so choose. Therapists use ESPA and Yon-Ka products for face and body treatments, and also offer holistic therapies including reflexology.

Hotel & Accommodation

A four star hotel in the rural bliss of Ireland, the Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort has a history dating back to the 1600s. Its illustrious past amongst Irish nobility is evident in its grandeur but these days the grounds are more about preserving the natural surroundings and offering excellent hospitality in contemporary rooms and suites.

The restaurant reflects the estate’s plant life. Named The Botanica Restaurant and Bar, it offers local, seasonal produce in a sophisticated and creative celebration of the Irish botanical world. Meanwhile, the atmospheric Wine Goose Cellar Bar in the basement is ideal for relaxing with a drink before or after dinner, and afternoon tea is a weekend must while on holiday here.
