An adult-only health retreat from one of the oligarchs of health spa retreats, Champneys Forest Mere in Hampshire enjoys a scenic location and a wealth of facilities. Here, they have all the facilities you could ask for, and a targeted approach to your specific wellbeing goals. That said, there's no loss of luxury here either, with guests staying in the pretty manor house or a choice of secluded shepherd's huts within the grounds.
