Wellness is divided into two areas at Moddershall Oaks - fitness and relaxation. The on-site Wellness Centre is the place for working out, complete with a spacious gym and an array of classes to join ranging from yoga and HIIT to meditation and circuits. Hotel guests can take part in the classes at a reduced rate, but you do need to book in advance.
The spa is the jewel in the hotel's crown, a wellness sanctuary in the heart of the countryside that centres around an outdoor vitality pool. This is the heart of the spa experience, flanked by a sauna, and a seated area that extends into a relaxation lounge complete with an outdoor bioethanol fire. There's full poolside service, so you can enjoy cocktails, mocktails, herbal teas and champagne brought to you by the water. Inside, the experience continues with a steam room, lagoon pool, a hydro pool, an experience shower and heated loungers. There's also a rasul mud chamber, which can be added to any spa day - perfect for small groups and couples as well as preparing mind and body for further therapies.
When it comes to treatments, the spa offers a collection of face and body therapies using the Tribe517 or Neom product lines. Therapists are also trained in oncology massage, and in particular they offer Tribe517's Beautiful Hero treatments for anyone who has experienced cancer. They have also introduced dedicated menopause spa therapies for women going through hormonal change. For anyone looking to add an extra dimension to their visit, their Blush Lounge is a little sanctuary all of its own. It is available for private hire and is ideally suited to relaxing with a group for nibbles, bubbles, and if you ask nicely, a movie or music playlist of your choice.
