How do you get to The Langley Spa?

Located in a UNESCO World Heritage Site and National Park, The Langley is an exquisite manor house surrounded by acres of formal gardens. If you are driving, follow directions to SL3 6DU. There is free on-site parking available for guests as well as electric vehicle charging points. The closest train station is Langley which is a nine-minute drive to the hotel. The closest airport is London Heathrow Airport which is a 26-minute drive away.

Spa facilities include an infinity edge vitality pool, a himalayan salt sauna, a brine-infused steam room, a hammam, 16.5 metre marble-edged swimming pool and a gym. There’s also a female-only spa area with heated loungers, a saunarium, a rose quartz steam room that uses a rose infusion, a vitality pool and another hammam. The VIP suite includes couches, a private butler, champagne, and fruit. The suite includes its own juniper-infused sauna, vitality pool, amethyst steam room, private changing facilities, and access to the main facilities. There are five treatment rooms where therapists use Sisley products for results-driven and highly focused facials, and Sultane de Saba products for all body and hammam ‘journeys’. Men’s treatments use the luxury brand Gentleman’s Tonic, and tanning, manicures and pedicures are also available.

When was The Langley Spa built?

The Langley Spa is a Palladian-style mansion house with adjoining Grade-II listed Brew House. It dates back to the 18th century. The main mansion, which is now The Langley Hotel, was originally built between 1755 and 1760 as a hunting lodge for the third Duke of Marlborough. The property underwent a major restoration and transformation before reopening as a luxury hotel and spa in 2019 under Marriott’s Luxury Collection.

The Langley Spa is a five-star luxury estate set on 12 hectares of land. There is a selection of 41 boutique rooms and suites which are spread across the main house and the Brew House. The dining experience includes The Cedar Restaurant which sources ingredients from local suppliers and serves the very best of European cuisine, serving influences from Spain, France and Italy. The Churchill Bar serves a selection of fine spirits, cognac and cocktails, alongside a rare choice of cigars stored in a custom humidor. The wine room offers a quiet oasis while the mezzanine is a more relaxed location with views of the hills. In addition, the spa has its own lounge where you can have a light lunch, smoothies, juices, teas, coffees and Champagne without having to change out of your robe and slippers.

Accessible facilities include:

• A hoist to assist guests in and out of the pool when necessary.
• They recommend that a guest with limited mobility comes with a companion in the case they need assistance that staff are unable to provide, however they should always be willing to assist where possible.
• They have an accessible changing room at the poolside with a seated shower and pull cord. However, this room does not have its own locker and therefore the guest's items will need to go into a locker in one of the main changing rooms – that staff can set up for them.

Check-in at The Langley Spa is at 3pm while check-out is 12 midday. The spa is open from 7am until 9pm on weekdays and 7am until 6pm on weekends. It is suggested you check your specific arrival times however for your spa break, as well as any changes for bank holidays.
