Gift Guide: Brown and Harris

Skincare products always make nice Christmas presents, but how do you find one that’s really good value for money? Check out Brown and Harris…

There are very few smells I like as much as lavender. It is my go-to essential oil for pretty much every stressful circumstance and a lot of situations in between.

On that basis, you can imagine how happy I was to receive an enormous bottle of lavender moisturising lotion from Brown and Harris’s range of body products inspired by very British blends of rose, lavender and lily of the valley.

The first thing that I actually notice about this gift is the size. No pocket sized samples for Brown and Harris, these are proper, gonna be using these for weeks sized products – a satisfying starting point. This is coupled with a rather pleasing price tag of £5.99 for 500ml, whilst still looking nicely pricey in the bottle.

Designed to be all things sensuous, these are products with a sense of nostalgia and vintage elegance but fresh smells and comforting aromas at the same time. Just what you need to make you feel happy on a chilly winter morning or before cuddling up after that evening aromatherapy bath.
