There’s also a pool, sauna and steam room, spa pool and classes, which include yoga and aqua fitness.
Meanwhile, Bannatyne Health Club & Spa, Belfast offers a space for peace, tranquility and pampering away from the buzz of the gym. Created in partnership with Elemis, it is the first Bannatyne Spa in Ireland, and has both single and dual treatment rooms for top to toe treatments, manicure and pedicure stations, a relaxation room and a spray tan booth. The experience is complete with the convivial on-site Cloud 9 Restaurant, where you can head for a coffee, nutritious meals and protein products post spa or workout.
