Get out of your comfort zone in the intense heat of the Parnaya steam sauna, stimulating blood circulation, profuse sweating, detoxing and boosting the immune system. Take a dip in the icy plunge pool and feel the euphoric hit of a cold bucket shower. Rest in a cosy private booth with delicious food and drinks, then, repeat the process to maximise the wellbeing benefits.
To truly optimise your day, you can add a traditional invigorating treatment, such as a thermal massage using leafy and fragrant bundles of birch, oak, and eucalyptus twigs, performed in the hot steam and followed by an icy plunge pool dip.
