A 16th Century Manor house surrounded by 11 acres of private land including the unique addition of a 120 year old topiary garden, Billesley Manor has 71 rooms and suites distributed through the original building and the more recent addition of the converted barns.
The hotel’s Stuart Restaurant – named for the monarchical house that resided over the manor’s formative years – has a menu that serves local produce in a seasonal menu. The Great Hall bar with its huge fireplace and relaxing seating leads out into the gardens also serves drinks throughout the day.
