Holding its own amongst the plethora of bars and restaurants that the city has to offer, the hotel’s own Rivea London offers French and Italian cuisine in a chic, convivial setting with informal yet impeccable service. It is inspired by the years Alain Ducasse spent visiting Italy and Provence, and Executive Chef Alexandre Nicolas makes sure to incorporate the classic flavours and vivid colours of the Riviera into his dishes, which fits easily in with the décor, reminiscent of the coast, with sea-blues and white themes.
