A purpose-built health spa surrounded by idyllic countryside and parkland, Champneys Springs is one of the original health spa destinations in the UK. Here, tranquil carp-filled waterways flow through the 31 acre resort, adding to the serene atmosphere. Champneys Springs includes a fully-equipped gym with up to 20 fitness classes a day, a 25 metre swimming pool, a hydropool, a unisex poolside sauna, a whirlpool, a tennis court, three practice golf holes and a FIFA approved football pitch. There are also beautiful resort walks to enjoy and bike hire available as well as plenty of relaxation areas.

Meanwhile, in 56 treatment rooms, innovative yet traditional spa treatments are part of the experience. The spa uses Champneys own premium product line in therapies, which can be purchased in the spa boutique alongside products from Elemis and Clarins. Additional treatments can be added to your stay at an extra cost, but should be booked at least 14 days prior to arrival.

Champneys Springs is surrounded by water walkways and 31 acres of beautiful open parkland. The tranquil Leicestershire location just outside Ashby-de-la-Zouch is a modern take on a country style spa. Bedrooms at the modern resort have luxury bathrooms with bathrobes and signature Champneys toiletries. All rooms have a flat-screen TV and DVD player, free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee facilities and scenic views of the grounds.

Believing food is as much a part of the wellbeing experience as your spa treatments, Champneys Tring aims to serve a menu that’s both healthy and a delight for the senses. Very little alcohol is available, and head chefs and nutritionists work together to come up with every menu. Overnight guests enjoy breakfast, a three course buffet lunch and three course dinner included in their room rate, whilst spa day guests get a delicious buffet lunch as part of their package.
