Located on the water's edge of the estuary at Mudeford, Dorset, to get to Christchurch Harbour Hotel & Spa from London, take the M3 South. Take junction 14 onto M27 heading towards Southampton. Follow signs for Bournemouth. Leave M27 at Junction 1 signed to Lyndhurst, Bournemouth, Christchurch. Enter the village of Lyndhurst and take A35 towards Christchurch. On the outskirts of Christchurch with Sainsbury’s on your right, take the first left off the roundabout to Mudeford. At the next roundabout take the third exit off to Mudeford; follow the road round. Go past the parade of shops on the right and the hotel is on the bend on the left-hand side.
The train station in Christchurch is about two miles from the hotel. Taxis are readily available. It is five minutes from A35, 10 minutes to Christchurch centre, 20 minutes to Bournemouth International Airport, 30 minutes from M27 and less than two hours to the M25. There is limited parking on-site, available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you arrive and there are no spaces available, please speak to the concierge.

- Once in the spa area a wheelchair can be brought through if required.
- Access to the Harbour Hide Away and outdoor spa sun terrace is not possible if you cannot manage stairs.
- Treatment rooms are accessible via the lift. A member of staff will accompany you. A wheelchair will fit in the treatment corridor and treatment rooms.
