Step inside, and you are greeted by a world of wellbeing, divided into a general leisure area and a dedicated spa space. The spa itself offers an award-winning experience in a space filled with natural light. There's a steam room with almost 100% humidity, a herbal sauna infused with fresh herbs from their own gardens, an aromatherapy room to help you slow down and breathe deep, a saunarium to help you recharge, and experience showers that span tropical warmth and an Arctic chill. The Revive Spa Garden offers an additional space when it's warm enough to relax outside, with loungers by the vitality pool, adding another area to sit and watch the world go by.

Meanwhile, the wider leisure facilities include a 12-metre indoor pool for gentle swimming, and a heated vitality pool outside, kept at a constant 36°C for a year-round soothing dip that helps to ease tension and boost circulation. For those who want to workout, there’s also a gym, with an array of cardio and weight training facilities.

The spa treatments are the icing on the cake, with two treatment rooms where therapists use naturally blended products in a collection of thoughtful holistic therapies. Choose from favourites such as aromatherapy back massages to reviving facials, energy healing to reflexology, tailoring your experience to your mood, wants, and needs.

On a converted farm in the rural village of Pentney near King’s Lynn and Swaffham, Nar Valley Cottages are on the same estate as Energise Pentney, offering a choice of peaceful self-catered accommodation for couples, friends and grown up getaways.

There are three cottages to choose from: The Cart Lodge (sleeps up to 6), The Threshing Barn (sleeps 2), and The Gig House (sleeps up to 4). The Cart Lodge offers rustic charm for up to six people, with key features including vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and a log burning stove. The Threshing Barn sleeps two people in a converted barn set across one level, surrounded by relaxing and calming outside space. Alternatively, choose The Gig House, which sleeps up to four and is a beautiful two bed, single storey cottage, tastefully decorated, with a log burning stove.
