The luxury 'Oulton Hall Hotel' opened with a Victorian style celebration event on 7th June 1993. However, prior to that it had been a family home since the 1700s, occupied by the Calverleys since 1753. The original building was largely destroyed by fire in 1850 and was replaced by the grand property we see today, designed by Leeds architects William Perkin & Elisa Backhouse.

Providing a complete leisure experience, Oulton Hall’s Health Club comprises a contemporary design addition to the historic building, and includes a range of facilities such as a gym and exercise studio, a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and whirlpool. Additionally there is a 27-hole golf resort with two courses, which is a must for golf aficionados.
The spa provides treatments and therapies courtesy of the ELEMIS product line, including hot stone massages, algae wraps and envelopments as well as a collection of finishing touches.
Treatments are only available for ages 16 and over. However, not all treatments are available for those under the age of 18. Children under the age of 16 need to be accompanied by an adult at all times.

The sweeping driveway leads up to one of the grandest entrances in Yorkshire. This unique 18th century former family mansion is the perfect choice for leisurely beauty.
