This is a spa hotel where nothing is too much trouble and everything has been considered.
Within the grounds of Rudding Park is its beautiful spa experience that uses natural spring water from the grounds in many of its facilities. A destination in its own right, the spa is a feast of beautiful facilities and unique spa treatments. Set over three floors, guests can revel in the variety available, plenty for a full day of entertainment and wellness. The ground floor is where there are 11 treatment rooms where therapists deliver Natura Bissé spa treatments. They also offer Jennifer Young spa treatments created specifically for the benefit of cancer patients. After treatments, guests can retreat to four relaxation lounges - one for chatting and relaxing with luxury look-books. One is darker and quieter, one lulls you to sleep under lights resembling the stars, and one is for groups with a variety of comfy seating areas. On the first floor you have unique experiences including Aufguss ceremonies with steam and essential oil in the saunas and a sunlight therapy room. Hidden in woodland there is also Woodland Spring Bathing available to book direct at Rudding Park as an add on to a spa experience.
Along with the spa garden, there's an infinity pool, oxygen pod, Kneipp footbaths, saunas and steam rooms that use herbs from the garden. There’s even a Cabana that’s ideal for groups, with soft sofa seating for 14, a fire bowl, infrared heaters and electric louvred roof to allow sunlight in and automatic sensors to keep rain out. The final flourishes on the ground floor include an indoor swimming pool, Juniper log sauna, rasul, a shop, a make-up bar and nail salon, and a hairdresser. So you can arrive, have a full day of pampering and leave looking gorgeous at the end of the day.
