This isn’t a traditional spa inspired by nature, it’s a unique spa experience within nature. Two at a time, you enter the trail, which takes you on a two-hour journey along an intimate forest path with luxury spa moments along the way. This includes a float room amongst the trees, a Finnish sauna overlooking the lake, an outdoor hot tub where you’ll be surrounded by the elements and finally nibbles and a herbal tea in the stunning relaxation room. Simply beautiful.

In a beautifully styled modern building nestled amongst the trees, the forest spa offers a collection of beautiful spaces to relax in. Central to the whole experience is the Elements Trail - an experience designed to allow guests to enjoy the physical benefits of the natural beauty of Fermanagh and Donegal.
The two-hour trail includes a salt room with float pool, lakeside Finnish sauna, aromatherapy cabin, hot tub overlooking the bay and the fireside relaxation suite. The experience takes two people every 30-minutes, keeping numbers down for a truly intimate experience. Afterwards, enjoy a treatment or bespoke ritual using the product line Elemental Herbology, inspired, as you might expect, by the elements.
On a private island in the heart of Fermanagh, The Elements Trail offers guests the chance to relax in luxurious peace, with accommodation in a number of private lakeside lodges, cottages, catered suites and unique bubble domes, all surrounded by woodland. It is an estate that offers natural beauty alongside contemporary luxuries, bringing style and sophistication to romantic retreats, family escapes or group holidays.
While self-catered cottages have their own kitchens to cook in, it offer guests a fresh and wholesome dining experience, with fresh, seasonal produce that’s grown at the resort’s own poly tunnels or sourced from local suppliers and farmers. Meanwhile, fish is sourced from Lough Erne and the nearby Donegal coast.
