Hotel Spa Venue
The traditional style of the seventeen room hotel is juxtaposed to great effect by the more contemporary vibe in its neighbouring Elan Spa.
Offering a boutique spa experience in the countryside, the spa at The Greenway is for adults only. No children under the age of four are permitted to use the facilities, and there is a strict policy in place only allowing children between the ages of four and 16 years of age to use the pool under parent supervision between 7.30am to 9.00am and 5.00pm-6.30pm.
Gloucestershire is known as one of the most beautiful parts of the UK and the venue’s rural vistas only serve to reinforce that theory.
All that open space is put to good use with Cheltenham Racecourse, the Cotswold Wildlife Park, Slimbridge Wild Fowl Trust, Sudeley Castle, and the Forest of Dean nearby.
Group & Hen Friendly
The wide range of facilities, plenty of space for walks in the countryside and proximity to Cheltenham itself make it an ideal venue for groups and hen parties to indulge.
Pre and Post natal
The spa offers treatments tailored for mums-to-be.
Spa & Leisure
The Cotswolds have a modern tradition of making country life extremely chic, and that is the overriding vibe at the Elan Spa at The Greenway. The facilities say it all really with a hydrotherapy pool, fitness suite, studio for classes, sauna, steam room and sanarium, experience showers, an al fresco hot tub and a champagne nail bar.
Complementing the array of facilities is a veritable feast of spa treatments – using a cavalcade of renowned products including Orly, they offer massage, facials, waxing, slimming treatments, manicures, pedicures and wraps – what more could you possible want?
Hotel & Accommodation
Set in eight acres of private gardens, the hotel resides in a sixteenth century Elizabethan manor house on the outskirts of Cheltenham – widely reputed to be one of the prettiest areas in the UK for its Regency fronted houses and rolling country views. The rooms are what you can only hope for when visiting a country house – in keeping with the style and tradition of the architecture they are individually designed with a cacophony of different colours and textures that have the overriding effect of luxuriance.
The dining experience continues the effect of feeling like a member of the nobility – the rather spectacularly oak panelled Garden restaurant with its grand stone fireplace serves traditional British fare with views over the sunken garden and lily pond and has been awarded two AA rosettes for its trouble, while the Orchard Brasserie is a rather more modern affair in the Elan Spa itself.
