Mostly, spa treatments are important because they make you feel good. There are so many treatments out there, and they all have different benefits - some are rejuvenating, some are relaxing, some are energising. There are those you can have together and those you have alone, and essentially the benefits are personal because they can range from topical to physical to emotional, so it’s difficult to distill all of that into a short list of benefits. However, we think the real key, is that whatever you’re looking for, a spa treatment gives you time to yourself - away from the white noise, the mobile phones, other peoples’ opinions, the to do lists. It gives you space to unwind, quiet your mind, reconnect with your body and be kind to yourself for a little while. It’s very rare that many of us really do that.
