Why a spa break's more than a luxury: spa health benefits

Superhero Workout!

As you probably know by now if you have been keeping an eye on our Facebook page, last month saw 19 members of the Spabreaks.com team join the Superhero 10k in Regent’s Park, in aid of our partner charity Pump Aid , who work to deliver safe drinking water and sanitation to sun-Saharan Africa.

Thanks in part to some amazing weather, a rare luxury in recent months, it was a day that proved to be a great success and lots of fun, where the team raised more than £700 for the charity.  However, we didn’t just join in the run;  to help us warm up (and with the added bonus of drawing in a few extra members of the team in the form of enthused passers by), our very own personal trainer (and team member), Melissa, lead us in a Superhero workout before we set off!

Take a look (if only for pure giggle factor), and if you are sufficiently inspired, donations can still be made up until August 2013 by visiting our JustGiving page, or texting SPAS78 £5 (or the amount they want to donate) to 70070!

Thanks so much to everyone who supported us, looking forward to the next challenge already!
