What do you do at Spabreaks.com?
I recently joined as the Call Centre Manager, which means that I work on ensuring there is structure within the team, everything is working well, and enhancing training and engagement to keep the Spabreaks.com customer service at its best, while always working to improve it as well.
Which is your favourite Spabreaks.com destination and why?
Anywhere outside of a city is a winner. I will also be taking advantage of our international venues in the New Year as well!
Do you have a favourite treatment and if so what is it?
I do enjoy a good Indian head massage. I always use the same place for a haircut every three weeks because I get one free. I am also, no enemy of a pedicure!
What is your idea of the perfect day of relaxation?
A day without timescales or public transport.
When do you feel at your most confident?
Oddly enough, after a haircut. I always walk out feeling younger and more ‘fresh’. Maybe it’s the massage?
Do you have a product you can’t live without?
‘Treacle Moon – My Coconut Dream’ body scrub. I love the smell of coconut (good memories) and I enjoy the proper scrub feeling.
What’s your top tip to get the most out of your spa day?
Get in early and use the facilities to unwind and relax, I’ve never considered using the gym (leave it for the weekdays). Adding on a night stay is often cheaper than you think and it removes the stress of rushing as an added bonus.
