Replace one glass of water a day with a portion of raw fruit or veg, for healthier skin. Water in raw fruit and vegetables is structured, meaning it’s more efficient and has the ability to penetrate into our living cells more effectively. Structured water will reach every cell in our body including the epidermis, more than ordinary drinking water (tap or bottled). Skin can only be beautiful if it’s healthy at a cellular level.
My top general health tip is to smile. When you feel your best you will look your best. Try to take a few moments a day to do something you love. It will not only nourish your soul, but it will make you feel better physically as well.
I feel that each day is a gift so I’m thankful for each one. You can make the rest of your life the best it can be by simply taking advantage of the opportunities each day can bring you.
