Marek: I worry about developing poor body composition, as my metabolism is slowing as I get older, so I am focusing on exercising a lot, and eating well.
Ed: for me it was a beer gut, trying to get rid of the ‘love handles’ and not being self conscious taking my top off at the beach. So i took the step went to the gym and jumped on a treadmill, and watched TV at the same time as exercising. That got me into exercise, and I haven’t looked back.
Ben: I only really worry about my stomach, trying to keep in line with the images we see of males in their mid 20’s, I think there is a lot of pressure on men to have abs and things, which fundamentally means having no more than 12% body fat. I go about solving them by going to the gym four times a week and trying to eat as healthily as possible. Obviously I’m not all that bothered though as I then sink 10 pints at the weekend as well.
Anthony: my father and grandfather both suffered fatal heart attacks at a relatively young age. Thankfully medical tests indicate no hereditary issues, however, the knowledge still consciously drives me to lead a (relatively) healthy lifestyle, i.e. no smoking, occasional drinking, healthy diet and regular exercise.
