Spas in England are now permitted to reopen for spa days. Please note saunas and steam rooms are currently closed and guests may only attend with members of their household or support bubble until 17th May. Food and beverage facilities will be restricted to takeaway or outdoor seating, where available, until this date.

From 17th May, spas and hotels will reopen for overnight spa breaks. Remaining facilities will be permitted to reopen, food and drink can be consumed inside and guests will be able to meet in a group of up to 6 or with 1 other household.

Once spas have reopened certain facilities may require pre-booked slots or remain closed. We advise checking package details carefully at time of booking.

Spa facilities: Unfortunately, due to new tier 3 restrictions, the heated rooms and close contact therapy treatments are currently unavailable.

Restaurant: Even though our restaurants have to remain closed for the time being, guests are able to bring their own food and drink (excluding alcohol) to be consumed on our premises. If you wish to book a spa day with us, you will still be provided with a take-away refreshment package (at no extra charge).
