Float Space, Palm Springs Spa

Float Space, Palm Springs Spa, is a day spa destination in Thorne, South Yorkshire. A sanctuary for relaxation, rejuvenation, and holistic wellness, the spa is home to facilities including two floatation therapy rooms, a massage therapy suite, and an infrared sauna, all curated to quiet the world outside and support overall wellbeing.

Floatation and isolation pods have been shown to support wellbeing in a variety of ways, from general relaxation to more specific benefits. For example, the tranquil experience can aid physical recovery from sports injury, and help soothe chronic pain. It is also excellent for mental wellbeing and mindfulness, creating a meditative environment that eases anxiety, reduces stress, supports better sleep, and nurtures a sense of reconnecting with yourself.

Alongside floatation therapy, Float Space offers a range of massage treatments including hot stones, bamboo, aromatherapy, and Indian head massage, as well as holistic facials and more. Between treatments and afterwards, you can unwind in their relaxation area, affectionately called 'The Moon Room' for its decor, to make the most of the experience.

Float Space also offers yoga classes on Tuesday evenings at 5 and 6pm (subject to availability and at an additional cost).
