Part of the Luxury Family Hotels collection, Fowey Hall’s spa is a relaxed environment that the whole family can enjoy, but part of its charm is making sure that it’s an equally luxurious experience that gives parents a well deserved sense of wellbeing and pampering. Wellbeing at Fowey Hall includes a combination of indoor and outdoor facilities. Inside a 12-metre pool looks through glass walls into the grounds with indoor hot tub and steam room plus unique outdoor horsebox sauna. You can also unwind in the relaxation room to enjoy peace and quiet. Outside, you can take advantage of the spectacular location from a spa terrace, a new outdoor pool overlooking the estuary. Therapists use ishga products in a wide range of holistic face and body spa treatments. ishga is famous for harnessing the healing powers of Hebridean seaweed and its abundance of vitamins and minerals. They also work with Little ishga, the brand's product line catering to children aged 3 to 16. They are amongst the few hotels that offer treatments for children, but are passionate about giving children the chance to explore the mindset of self-care early on.
Looking out onto the picturesque sailing town of Fowey (pronounced ‘Foy’) this Queen Anne mansion enjoys commanding views out to sea, and is just a short stroll from Readymoney beach. In close proximity to The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan, they pride themselves on being a venue and a location that caters to the whole family, with plenty to do and contemporary interiors throughout the accommodation. In particular, a recent renovation has added new rooms and suites, including the Lantic Bay Suite and Polruan Suite above the spa, and both commanding sea views from private, elevated balconies.
Fowey Hall’s restaurant holds two AA rosettes and provides a relaxing environment with, as you might expect, a menu dominated by locally sourced seafood in an oak panelled dining room overlooking the croquet lawn, while for very little ones there is tea provided at 5 and 5.30.
